Environmental Adventures Monthly Membership Purchases
Monthly Membership packages are non-returnable. If you receive an Adventure
Packet with items missing or damaged please e-mail us right away at CustomerService@EnvironmentalAdventures.org and we will be happy
to replace the missing or damaged item.
Abel’s Store Item Purchases
Items purchased from Abel’s Store on the Environmental Adventures
website are returnable within 30 days of purchase if the item is still in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and unused. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product was damaged or defective when it was first received it must
be brought to Environmental Adventures’ attention within 10 days at CustomerService@EnvironmentalAdventures.org. Please include
the subject line “Return Request”.
Note – Environmental Adventures is not responsible for return packages lost via carrier if a tracking
number is not provided.
