and education through fun activities. These Terms & Conditions are for the use of the Environmental Adventures website,
the Abel Beaver weblog and your purchase of any products offered by Environmental Adventures including a monthly membership to Environmental
Adventures. Please review these terms and conditions before purchasing products from us and while browsing our sites. By browsing our sites you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If at any time you have questions please contact

If you make a purchase from our website you will be asked
to indicate your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase. If you do not understand
and/or accept these Terms and Conditions you will not be able to purchase items from our website and you should not browse our sites. You agree that all the information you provide with respect to any purchases and payments will be accurate and complete. These
Terms and Conditions may be modified by Environmental Adventures at any time without prior notice. Such modifications are effective
upon posting. However, any modifications will not affect your rights with respect to products purchased prior to the posting

Purchases
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from Environmental Adventures. By providing information to us through the site website and its purchasing partner, PayPal, you agree you are at least 18 years of
age.
If you purchase a product from our website you will be asked to provide basic personal and billing information needed to sell
you the product and ship it to you. This information will be gathered the secure purchasing service PayPal. This information
will not be distributed to any third party at any time.
If you purchase a monthly subscription to Environmental Adventures the
same basic personal and billing information will be required to sell you the subscription and will be collected through the PayPal
service. After the subscription has been purchased Environmental Adventures will e-mail you an information form about the child
for whom the subscription was ordered. This information is gathered strictly for use by Environmental Adventures and will never
be given or sold to a third party. The information gathered will include the childs name, age, birthdate, a photo and other
optional items that can be used in future newsletters to highlight the child as an Environmental Adventurer. This information
will only be used in newsletters if signed permission from the parent or guardian of the child has been granted.
Important Information
regarding monthly memberships to Environmental Adventures. Environmental Adventures will never automatically renew a monthly
membership. We will send renewal reminder e-mails to the original purchaser of the subscription towards the end of the subscription
time.
Privacy
Privacy is of the upmost importance to Environmental Adventures. At no time will Environmental Adventures give or
sell your information to a third party. Our privacy policy is explained in greater detail in our Privacy Policy, which is hereby
incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
Errors & Omissions
Information on the Environmental Adventures website or the Abel
Beaver weblog may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions or outdated information that may relate to our products, pricing or availability. We may update or correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice.
